Why We Run the Schedule the Way We Do
Most people we work for have a job, kids, or both. Losing a morning to wait on an installer who never calls is a real cost. So we set up our day around the calendar first and the equipment second. When we book you, we give you a short arrival window, not a whole morning or afternoon.
We also tell you how long the job should take. A softener swap where the plumbing loop is already in the garage is a different day than running a new loop or fitting a reverse osmosis unit under a crowded kitchen sink. We ask about your setup on the phone so the time we give you is close to the time it really takes. We tell you how long your water will be off, too, so nobody is stuck mid-shower.
Plans still change. A part ships late, or an earlier job turns up something we did not expect. When that happens, we call you before your window starts, not after it closes. If you need to move your slot, one phone call does it.

Test first, then talk equipment
We offer a free water test with zero obligation. Some homes need a softener for scale, and others care more about taste and chlorine. The test tells us whether you need a softener, a filter, or both.

Pricing that includes the install
Install is included with our water treatment systems. The number we give you by phone is for the system set up and running in your home, not the box alone.

Honest time on site
We tell you how many hours to plan for and when the water goes off and back on. If the job turns out bigger once we see your plumbing, you hear it from us before we start that work.

A clean finish
We cover the floor where we work, haul off the old unit and packaging, and show you how the bypass valve works before we leave. Then we check that your water is running right at the taps.

We are based in Avondale, AZ and install systems in homes across the area, including Goodyear, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, Glendale and Citrus Park.
